Refund policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, that you are displeased with the services provided or ordered products, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation policy

  1. For cancellations please contact us via chakkiwalle.com, write an email to us at chakkiwalle@yummynh8.com, or send a whatsapp message on 6366569673.
  2. Prepaid or online payments will not be canceled once placed.
  1. They will be canceled & refunded only on the condition that the product is out of stock or the size/color is unavailable.
  2. Process of cancellation:
    1. You have to mail us at chakkiwalle@yummynh8.com or WhatsApp with your order id and the concerning issue.
    2. Within 24 hours you will be replied to on the same email/WhatsApp.
    3. Your cancelation will go for review and once approved you will be notified on the same email/WhatsApp.
    4. Once your cancelation request is approved you will be asked for details of the bank account/upi id in which you want us to settle payments.
    5. If you have multiple cancelations /orders separate request has to be made.
    6. Once you provide us with your bank details/upi id, 7 working days it will take for your refund to be processed.
    7. We will share a screenshot of the settled payment with you on the same email/WhatsApp.
    8. Payment gateway charges will be deducted as applicable.
  • For other exceptions requests received later than 1 business day before the end of the current delivery period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next delivery period i.e. In Chakkiwalle cancellation requests should come on the date of order and will be treated as cancellation requests.

Refund policy

  • In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
  • Once you provide us with your bank details/upi id, 7 working days it will take for your refund to be processed.
  • We will share a screenshot of the settled payment with you on the same email/WhatsApp.
